Wikileaks - "Who told Hillary she could use private email?"

Oh man this one is good... they are pissed at whoever told Hillary she could use private email, it seems to hint they think it is Cheryl Mills... But it does show a contradiction to public statements that they knew it was wrong .... Emphasis added is mine. I didn't edit the language.

Gotta remember context, though.  This is Hillary's campaign team, and in part (maybe mostly) they're pissed because it's messing with the campaign.

This e-mail chain (2015) doesn't give any indication that people knew it was wrong back in 2009-2012.  Though we do know that at least some people were upset about it then, too.
