I also read the story of when Trump was on SNL and the writers tried to inject a little gentle humor into the opening bit, making a little fun of some casino deal, and Trump turned purple.  You don't joke about The Donald.

They believed it because they didn't read my post number 6.  Those ballots are sealed in another envelope inside the carrier envelope for two reasons and one of them is, to keep one from doing what this carrier says he did.

People seem to think elections are a haphazard, oh, let's have an election, print some ballots or get a machine and set it up and there you go.  The Texas Election Code law book consists of pages that are 8x10 in size, and about 550 pages.  I taught that book for ten + years and new laws were passed every two years and a new book published.  Every aspect of an election is covered in that book.  Nothing is left to chance.  Every state has a law book like that for their elections.

Every county or parish in the US uses such a law book to hold their elections.  You can call your Republican County Chairman and find out what he/she does to help fair elections happen in your county/parish.

You can go to your Secretary of State website and likely find a link to the election laws.  You can surely go to your legislature website and for sure the election laws will be there.  You can read how voting machines are selected in your state and how they are treated to be sure they are working correctly on election day.

If they come from a zip code that mostly votes conservative they are likely Trump votes. If they come from a zip code that mostly votes democrat they are likely Hillary votes.

I voted absentee once when I was very ill. Then I was told that, unless the race is close, absentee ballots would not be counted.  Don't know if that's true or not, but from then on, I've made sure I voted in person, even if I have to be carried to the polls.

Every mail in/absentee ballot is counted if it qualifies.  A committee called the Early Voting Ballot Board meets two days or more before election day and they go through the mail ballot paper work to verify that person is a registered voter, and continue to qualify the ones as they come in after starting their work, and those ballots are given to central counting to be counted at the end of election day.  If you filled out the paper work correctly and you were a registered voter, your ballot was counted.

The penalty (fine and prison time) for voter fraud is already determined by your state's laws.
