Snafu delays deportation of more than 50,000 illegal aliens

The Obama administration is reportedly delaying deportation proceedings on Central American illegal aliens who recently immigrated to the United States, allowing more than 50,000 to stay here for several more years.
The cases were delayed after an enforcement bungle that let immigrants slated to be electronically monitored via ankle bracelets simply go free when they did not report to government offices to be fitted for the monitor, according to The New York Times.
