You left out the part where Google is using the forward facing camera on the phone to spot valuables in the home and relaying the information to Chinese crime overlords who are selling it on the underweb to criminals so they can come and loot your stuff while you are over at the Tastee Freeze for a malt.

It's a government surveillance tool made by Niantech Labs, which is run by John Hanke.

John Hanke used to work for US Foreign Affairs.  Afterwards, he started a company called Keyhole that was funded by the CIA's venture capital arm, In-Q-Tel.  That company was funded by the NGA.

Before anyone thinks I am ripping on Ted run this.  As the kid of one of those two he is assured the throne after one of them vacates. Either in 2020 after dad gives up, or 2024 after mommy beotch. At any rate the Bling Dynasty will be well established.
