 A map from the National Counterterrorism Center shows the worldwide expansion of ISIS as of August 2... As the U.S. launched more airstrikes Tuesday against ISIS targets in Libya — representing an expansion of the U.S. military operations beyond Iraq and Syria — NBC News has exclusively obtained a map showing the global expansion of the terror group.

The map shows them in Russia, which they are; but I think Russia will and does clamp down with an iron fist on Chechnya and other parts of the nation where ISIS could grow.

That's why so many Chechens are in Syria, they can fight there.
