No prophets here.  No one knows the consequences of this election.  No one can forsee what events will change the future.  The best you can do is vote what your conscious  tells you.  If that is vote for someone other than the party nominees, then so be it.  You were created with the ability to reason, with the ability to know right from wrong.  You should never cede those things to Party,  social pressure or mob.

Point in case:  Cruz speech last night could have been politely received and then some could have discussed whether Cruz should have endorsed trump or not. But instead we have an orchestrated display of boos and incivility which has come to represent all that is trump amid the threats of "your career is over if you don't bow before emperor king".  And sadly, what the whole world sees, is that the emperor has no clothes.

Snowflakes are particularly afraid of boos and incivility after they break their word.  If you are comfortable with Hillary Clinton nominating four Supreme Court Justices you should indeed vote for her.

There are certain levels of conduct implied in a presidential campaign. Among those, no attacking wives, and extended family. Slander is frowned upon. After the avalanche of lies and attacks from the Trump camp, I would have felt him justified at some limbic level to just walk up to the microphone and wish any number of ills on Trump. Instead, Cruz kept it classy, about the country (AFTER congratulating Trump) and refused to kiss Trump's ass by simply not doing so.
But I suppose, that despite reneging on that promise well beforehand (after those lies from the Trump camp were well under way), that the Trump people are still desperate to justify having called Senator Cruz "Lyin' Ted" for months. You still don't have that justification.
Look now, at the new king of the GOPee. Donald Trump. He isn't an 'outsider' now, he's their poster child.

It's a good point that I respect in the OP; thing is, if other quarters last time were not so Anti-Romney, we may have never seen a Trump rise and we may have seen a President Romney avoiding all of this. That's just my view.

Thank the anti-Romneyites for Obama, no thank you.

So, this is still a replay of being anti-the-nomination. That's not my way.
