And that in a nutshell is why I am a #nevertrump.   Trumps campaign and supporters must demonize and insult anyone who disagrees with Trump.  You can't have a rational discussion on policy points.   No, its bow to Trump or nothing. 

Many fine people worked on Cruz's campaign and a good leader would jump at the chance to get them.
