- ISIS plans beach massacres in Europe

Belgian authorities are keeping the country's threat level at level three, which means that an attack is possible and likely.

A spokesman for the country's crisis center says to Sky News that "There are indications that the Islamic state has sent fighters to Europe and Belgium. The threat level is now at three, and will not go down."

The warning comes at the same time of reports that ISIS is planning attacks against European resorts in the same style as last year's massacre on the beach in Sousse, Tunisia.

There, Thirty-eight people, thirty of whom were British, were killed when an armed gunman attacked a hotel and the beach beneath it. It was the deadliest non-state attack in the history of modern Tunisia, with more fatalities than the twenty-two killed in the Bardo National Museum attack three months before.

The plan for 2016 is to pretend to be beach sellers and hide bombs on the beach. After these are detonated, the terrorists will then open fire with automatic weapons.

The German newspaper Bild writes that German intelligence has been informed of the plans by their Italian colleagues, who again have received the information from reliable sources in Africa.
