Michelle Fields was sued for defamation in 2015 after making false statements on Fox News when she claimed that Lindsay Lohan's mother was snorting cocaine WITH her daughter. The lawsuit was later thrown out, but this is just another example of how Michelle Fields false statements have gotten her and others into trouble. Sean Hannity was named a codefendant in the lawsuit because the statements were made on his show.

"We agree that probable cause exists for the Jupiter Police Department to charge Mr. Lewandwoski in this case," Aronberg said. "Our standard is higher than probable cause. ... Although the facts support the allegation that Mr. Lewandowski did grab Ms. Fields' arm against her will, Mr. Lewandowski has a reasonable hypothesis of innocence"

No. He recognized that what Michelle Fields alleged occurred but that it was not something he was not going to prosecute.   No indictment does not equal "hoax."

Fields was pushed to file charges because so many Trumpsters prodded her to do so, and they were claiming she was a liar. And she has already proven that Corey lied about the whole thing.
