(Trigger warnings, not favorable to Trump)

Quote
Trump was on Face the Nation this morning with John Dickerson, and one of the subjects that came up was that Trump happily received the endorsement of Ben Carson last week in spite of the fact that he had previously called him “pathological” and compared him to a child molester. Instead of walking back any of these attacks, Trump basically said, “Hey, I’m just going off what I read in his books.” Watch....

Not betrayal - he and Carson have buried the hatchet.  He was just being honest in his answer there as to why he did it.  Carson knows all that.

Carson's found a new gravy train and he's gonna hang on for dear life.  Trump can say anything about him he wants.

After his reaction to Trump comparing him to a child molester, Carson proved he doesn't mind being treated like a doormat.

Exactly.  Carson is serving his 'purpose' and I'm sure Trump is paying him dearly.

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

What is great is the IGNORE feature. HAVE all the happy UNIPARTY members on it and do not have to read the BS. Some treads where the UNIPARTY takes over especially the anti TRUMP treads are now enjoyable because the only response is from the UNIPARTY members especially when one tries to start a new topic. No RESPONSES and this is becoming fun again! :silly:

Why some of us subject ourselves to your incomprehensible drivel is beyond me, but we do.

You do take a peek now and then, though.  I'm sure you do.

FALSE: Donald Trump Said Republicans Are the "Dumbest Group of Voters"
Donald Trump did not say that Republicans are the "dumbest group of voters" in a 1998 'People' magazine interview.

Is this the point where someone is supposed to post that "Snopes is run by liberals, you can't trust the information there"?

So you are insinuating Carson is lazy and an "Uncle Tom"!  You've really put on the horse collar. 88finger point

So burying the hatchet in Trumpworld is pulling the hatchet out of the block the next day and putting it in your "friends" back? Good to know.

I am sure snopes is not infallible.  They said they could not find anything.  That leaves open the possibility that it does still exist.  Still, until it can be confirmed it should be taken as false.  I do not fault Sinkspur, though.  Clearly it is going around as news or it would not have been fact checked at snopes.  Goodness knows there are many falsehoods being spread by team Trump.  So there is no high ground they can claim.  Plus, Trump is the mother of all flip-floppers.  He has pretty much held every position at some time.  His consistency is that he thinks he is the grandest and most marvelous man who ever lived.  Beyond that everything has flip-flopped.

I only brought it as most times I bring up Snopes to debunk something, this sort of post quickly follows.

Trump really reminds me of Obama.  Remember how he would throw everyone under the bus even Grandma?
AG William Barr: "I'm recused from that matter because one of the law firms that represented Epstein long ago was a firm that I subsequently joined for a period of time."

Alexander Acosta Labor Secretary resigned under pressure concerning his "sweetheart deal" with Jeffrey Epstein.  He was under consideration for AG after Sessions was removed, but was forced to resign instead.

The only people who think that interview is throwing Carson under the bus are people who just want to believe it.

I think it is NOT the Trump people who are blind and deaf????

No one seems to remember, TRUMP is not polished politician.
He has not been trained on how to answer a question.

I wonder how the other candidates would come across, if they didn't have handlers that drilled sound bites in their heads?
