Of course, this is more than a month ago so he can't be held accountable for this position unless it works in his favor today.

Leaving aside the fact that, in reality, Hussein harbored, trained, and financed various terrorist organizations and operations throughout his reign, it's a little shocking to hear a potential presidential candidate suggesting, if we're understanding him correctly, that it would be better if America executed accused terrorists without first, you know, determining whether they deserve to be executed. Is that what it says in the Fifth Amendment? "We don't need no stinkin' trials"?.....
