Under the execution actions announced by President Barack Obama in November, 5.2 million illegal immigrations, or slightly fewer than 60 percent, will actually qualify for exemption, according to a new report released by the Migration Policy Institute (MPI).

The MPI has created a data tool that provides detailed socio-demographic profiles for the nation as a whole, 41 states and the District of Columbia, as well as 94 counties with the largest unauthorized populations.

The counties whose highest percentage of immigrants who could qualify for either the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program or the recently announced Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA) program are Los Angeles, California; Harris, Texas; Orange, California; Cook, Illinois; and Dallas, Texas.

The estimated 1.1 million people residing in those counties represent more than one-fifth of the total potentially eligible population nationwide, according to MPI.

The Heritage Foundation's Daily Signal has condensed information from the MPI report into snapshots of the profiles of the those who might benefit from Obama's executive actions.

According to MPI's data tool, of the total 11.4 million illegal immigrants currently residing in the U.S., 58 percent came from Mexico with Guatemala and El Salvador trailing behind at 6 precent and 3 percent respectively.

In terms of the length of their residence in the U.S., 22 percent have been entered illegally less than five years ago, while 30 percent have resided in the country between 5 and nine years. Another 22 percent have spent 10 to 14 years living in the U.S.

Illegal immigrants with the lowest levels of education live in Idaho, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, where 42 percent or more of adults have less than a ninth grade education (compared to 33 percent of the overall unauthorized population).

Conversely, at least 20 percent of those living in the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, Virginia, Ohio, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Hawaii, New Jersey, Missouri and Connecticut, have obtained a bachelor’s degree or more.

Let the pain begin. I will take pleasure in seeing Americans get EXACTLY what they voted for.
