Wondering if last week's announcement that he was going to ask for extra $1.5 billion for the next couple of years...to revamp the nuclear arsenal program, etc..

What is this, some petty school yard tit-for-tat?  You defenestrated some of my buddies in Congress so I'm going to get rid one of yours in my administration?

The information I'm getting is that Hagel, believe it or not, was actually making some real noise about the White hut micromanaging the Pentagon. O wasn't about to stand for THAT!
