He is calling for a coalition funded mercenary Army to be trained and led by America to fight ISIS. I've never seen anything like it. He went totally off the deep end.
 
I had to do a double take. For a minute there, I thought I was tuned in to Alex Jones and Infowars.
 
You will hear a lot about this over the coming weeks.
 
All I can say is wow. And he was dead serious. Totally unexpected.

It is not uncommon to do so, just not overtly stated nor usually on a scale of an enemy this large. BORe has a bad way of putting it but it is a legitimate tactic. Will our ball-less administration do it? Hell no.

I understand that mercenaries are a legitimate part of war. However, Billy O's plan, as I understood it, was to make a 'new American Army', composed entirely of mercenaries. Obviously, this is unpresidented and not a serious proposal. IMHO.

I think a mercenary military is futuristic and I think that's the direction we will go.  Outsourcing third world underclass people would be cheaper than using Americans.  It's so New World Order and I guess it won't matter anyway because we'll all be in the Global Nation. 

Sorry, I went a little off-track there.  I don't get television anymore so I didn't see BOR - wouldn't have been watching him anyway - his ego won't fit in my living room.

We have paid thousands for this idea, and billions in dollar. It does not work. We have done it ten times over, and it failed ten out of ten ten times.
