Here's an excerpt from the salient paragraph for your reading pleasure (it won't take too much time to read):

Each entry is numbered (1-40)...send me...the numbers in order of preference of your 10...favorites. Scoring will be as follows: A 1st-place vote will get 10 pts., a 2nd-place vote earns 9 pts., ..., down to a 10th-place vote getting 1 pt.

Give it a shot & rearrange your selections...
