Voting Thread: 2013 Today's Toons Favorites (Final Round)

The preliminary round went pretty well. The voting reduced the 180 items in that round to the remaining 40 listed in random order below. As it turned out, any item that received less than 4 votes was eliminated. 23 items received no votes at all.
 
There are some "rules" here, but not many. When selecting your favorites, use your own criteria. Some like funny, clever, pithy, touching, etc. Some like cartoons, photoshops, animations, etc. So, judge each entry unto itself. As the one who adds click-on audios, videos, pics, toons, satirical stories, etc.,  to existing entries, I judge these to be part of that entry as a whole...you, of course, can ignore that if you wish...but only at your own peril ;-)
 
Each entry is numbered (1-40). Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to send me (via comment in this thread/private message) the numbers in order of preference of your 10 (or fewer, if you can't find 10 that you like) favorites. If you are caught sending more than 10, I won't disavow your existence, but will ask you to remove any excess. This offer will self-destruct at 2 PM ET, Sunday, January 19, 2014. Scoring will be as follows: A 1st-place vote will get 10 pts., a 2nd-place vote earns 9 pts., ..., down to a 10th-place vote getting 1 pt. Good luck!

If certain pics/toons don't download (even after a refresh/reload), send me their numbers (which will show up) & I'll try to help. The detailed results of this final vote hopefully will be posted on Sunday, January 19, 2014 or Monday, January 20, 2014. The decision of the judge (Today's Toons editor-in-chief) is final! I think the biggest story of this year is going to be the Obama scandals.

Benghazi, where the first time in US History - US Citizens and a US Ambassador were left to be murdered, when asking for help.

Obamacare, the lies, deceit, outright mishandling of taxpayer funds into a slushfund. Pure Chicago politics.

The Democrats, Progressives, and libtards turning the country into sodom and gomorrah on a massive scale.

And the big scandal for congress and the courts,  advocating their responsibility and duty to their oaths failing to stop a dictator by failing to impeach and remove Obama.

Surprise of the year, The Obama ID forgery coming out. The false and fabricated past and documents are going to be a shocker. Will Obama relocate to Mecca or Iran?
