Tsunami Buoys Turned Off Around The World: Why? Is Now The Time To ‘Escape’ From NY, Florida, Lousiana & California?

Why have tsunami buoys around the entire world been turned off as shown in this screenshot from the National Data Bouy Center and as asked by those paying attention to these things in this forum? According to ‘the watchers’, this has never happened before. Is this just some kind of ‘glitch’ with our government reporting centers or is there more to it? The video below from David Vose warns that now is the time to ‘escape’ from New York, Florida, Louisiana and California. Why?
