Until someone explains how one of my posts critical of Ted Cruz and Sarah Palin just coincidentally disappears, I'll apologize to no one. And that's especially true since the moderators around here seem to be itching to edit my posts.

Never mind this same thing happened just yesterday on another thread - the difference being THAT poster didn't pitch a hissy fit... it is a glich in the software here.. and no I would not reply to a post that I deleted - you are correct.  But then you actually use logic in your thinking.

It was a glitch..that's all it was...nothing more....it ended up in the deleted section..where it tells WHO deleted it.....and it shows no one did...if Rap was trying to quote it for some reason it deleted...

In that case I'd like to make post on Thursday Nov 7th at around 3am, give or take an hour, depending on when I start drinking.   Do you know if I can send an iCalendar request, or if not do you know the mailing address?

This is great.  Now I'll have enough time to think of something worth writing.

Okay, now that I joked about it, a thoughtful comment.

I think all parties' emotions were on slow boil for some time and finally it erupted in an ill considered comment. That's all. I don't think anyone really needs an invitation to join a discussion. At least I hope not.
