Oh good grief. First, she didn't have a job impacted by the shutdown (nor Obamacare as it doesn't impact dental). Second, she had a good job, a dental hygienist (average salary in DC over $90K).  Third, she was driving a pretty expensive car. From the images, it was an Infiniti Q60 coupe (rather new too) which starts at over $50K.

She wasn't poor and she wasn't impacted by the shutdown (unless she is news obsessed and nuts).

Well said.  (One detail:  Miss Jackson Lee must have learned she is African-American which apparently exempts her from any responsibility for her actions that endanger society or the child in her care)
