A year ago, an Internal Revenue Service internal review concluded that conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status were being excessively targeted by the agency.

The Washington Post reported Tuesday that IRS officials revealed the findings of the internal review to congressional investigators last Monday.

IRS senior technical advisor Nancy Marks led the investigation, the Post reports, under the direction of then-deputy commissioner Steven Miller.

There is no way Obama didn't know about all the abuses. He most likely knew about them while he was campaigning against Romney, and knew he had the election sewn up. He was so cocky, that I bet he was stoned during the first debate with Romney. Why not? He didn't have anything to lose.
